The Modernist Wire Chair is an evolution of the ergonomically shaped molded fiberglass chair. This is an exacting reproduction of the original 1951 steel wire design, which gives the chair a unique transparency and provides surprising level of comfort as the chair is formed to follow the contour of the body. The comfort level of the chair is further enhanced by seat cushion, allowing for extended sitting on the wire frame.

The Modernist Wire Chair features solid steel construction and a durable triple chrome finish consisting of a thorough cleaning / degreasing, chemical bonding, and then a three-step nickel bright striking process. Our factory has over six years experience in fabricating wire frame chairs and we are confident that this is the finest reproduction that you will find anywhere.
